Family Tingkat

Our menu will be uploaded on every Monday morning, you may check out our weekly menu over here.

Yes. For lunch and dinner, the same menu will be served. You may consider taking up Healthy Tingkat for one of the meals for different dishes & more variety in a day.

Yes, you may opt for the 4 dishes option.

Steamed rice is not provided. If required, you may add white rice or brown rice on the ordering page or with our friendly consultant.

You may choose to go for either White rice or Brown rice in $1.00 ($1.09 w/GST)/pax
**Brown rice is mixed with white rice, not pure brown rice
**Price will charge according to the package, ex: 10days trial- 1pax charge at $10 (w/GST 10.90), etc.

No, there are 2 container options available for choosing:
1. Tiffin carrier (2 Sets) – on Loan to customer
2. Microwavable container

Yes. Tiffin carriers option will be available for 12 days packages and above.

Yes, please wash and dry the tiffin carriers and hang them outside your house the next day before 9.30am for lunch and before 3.00pm for dinner.

A surcharge of $15 (w/GST $16.35) will be levied for the replacement of dirty tiffin carriers with microwavable containers.

A surcharge of $20 – $50 (w/GST $21.80 – $54.50) per set will be levied.

Lunch delivery is from 9.30 am to 1.30 pm and Dinner delivery is from 3 pm to 7 pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Do note that specific delivery times will not be available.

It’s not possible to make changes to your tingkat meal plan midway through your order. If you wish to switch to a different plan, you will need to cancel your current order and place a new one. Any changes made may be subject to the ala carte pricing. For changes, please call our hotline for further clarifications.
Certainly, you are allowed to make this change, but please take note that it can only be done once.

Healthy Tingkat

For Healthy Tingkat, you can look forward to dishes with quality ingredients like Steamed Pomfret Fish, Cordyceps Chicken Soup, Kai Lan with Shrimp, and many more. In addition, Healthy Tingkat dishes are prepared using healthier cooking methods and do not have added MSG and preservatives.

We only offer 2 dishes and a soup option now.

Only vegetable oil is used in the cooking process.

The meals are packed into microwave boxes.

Unfortunately, we are not able to accede to request that exclude seasonings and garnishes.

The meal is suitable for anyone who wants to upkeep and maintain general wellness.

Our Healthy Tingkat meal is suitable but it is not specifically prepared for those with certain health conditions. You may still consider this option upon consultation with your doctor.

Lunch delivery is from 9.30 am to 1.30 pm and Dinner delivery is from 3 pm to 7 pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Do note that specific delivery times will not be available.​​

Subscription Contract​

No cash refunds will be given for early cancellation, or termination of the contract when service had commenced or after payment for the contract was made. Strictly no cancellation or refund for 10 days Family Tingkat contract and 5 days Healthy Tingkat contract.

Early termination of service will be chargeable at:

  • $12.00 ($13.08 w/GST) per person per meal delivered for family tingkat
  • $10.00 ($10.90 w/GST) per person per meal delivered for 2 pax & above for family tingkat
  • $19.00 ($20.71 w/GST) per person per meal delivered for healthy tingkat
  • $18.00 ($19.62 w/GST) per person per meal delivered for 2 pax & above for healthy tingkat
  • $3.00 ($3.27 w/GST) per trip for collection of tiffin carrier
Rice & condo fees will be charged accordingly.
The refund process will take up to 30 days to be credited back into the account.

No. Customers who wish to skip meal would have to inform our friendly consultant 1 working day (before 4 pm) in advance. We will replace meal after the contract period. Otherwise, no replacement will be made.

For 16 days and 20 days contracts, you can skip 2 times.

For 32 days and 40 days contracts, you can skip 4 times.

*There will be strictly no replacements for skipped meals for 5 days promo package, 10 days trial, and 12 days packages.

The contract period will be automatically extended to the next working weekday to include the delivery for this Public Holiday.

Customers are required to call 6255 1000 to inform our friendly consultant of the change of address 2 days in advance. Do also note that there are certain areas we do not deliver.

  • 20 Days Contract – 5 consecutive days of delivery per week
  • 16 Days Contract – 4 days delivery per week
  • 12 Days Trial Contract – 3 days delivery per week
  • 10 Days Trial Contract – 5 consecutive days of delivery for 2 weeks 

You can renew your contract by making a payment if it's set for auto-renewal. However, if you wish to discontinue the contract, you can refrain from making the payment.

Buffet T&C

Mini Buffet: $45.00 ($49.05 w/ GST)

Regular Buffet: $90.00 ($98.10 w/ GST)

*Surcharge of $10 ($10.90 w/ GST) is applicable for delivery to offshore areas (Keppel, Sentosa, Jurong Island) and Central Area denoted by the first 2 digits of the postal code: Robinson - 01, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08; Marina Square - 03, 17; Orchard - 22, 23; Bras Basah - 18, 19

* Waste management handling fee is chargeable at 10% of order value. Applicable for all orders that require collection. Prices are subjected to prevailing GST charges.

Yes, we deliver our buffets every day.

The earliest delivery time for both the regular buffet and mini buffet is 8.30am.

Payment

Orders have to be placed 3 working days in advance.

At least 3 working days in advance. Prior to the commencement of your Tingkat subscription.

We accept payment methods like PayNow, Credit Cards & Debit Cards only. Note that pre-payment 2 working days prior to the event is required. A 3% administrative charge on top of the total bill is applicable for Credit & Debit Cards payments, and prevailing GST is chargeable on the administrative charge.

Delivery​

There are two options available for condominium delivery locations. Customers can choose to have their meals delivered to their unit with an additional surcharge of $20 ($21.80 w GST) or to the guard house at no additional cost. However, a prearranged agreement must be made by the customer between their condominium management to ensure smooth delivery.

Currently, we only deliver to selected areas. To find out if we deliver to your location, you may check with our friendly consultant at 6255 1000.

Home Meal Delivery Service
Available on weekdays.
We do not deliver on weekends, Public Holidays, Public Holidays in-lieu, Christmas Eve, New Year Eve, and Lunar New Year Eve.

Buffet
Yes, we deliver buffets every day.

General Question

You can place your order via our website over here. Alternatively, you can contact our friendly consultants at 6255 1000.

Orders must be placed 3 working days (72 hours) in advance.

Please highlight also this is meant for buffet only, tingkat no changes can be made after started.

Cancellation of orders by customers must be in writing at least 2 working days before the event date and the following cancellation charges will apply:

- Cancellation made 1 working day (after 12nn) prior to event date: 50% of the total bill will be charged
- Cancellation made on the day of the event: 100% of the total bill will be charged
- An administrative fee of $100 ($109 w/GST) is applicable for cancellation of orders after payment has been made

  • 50% of the total bill will be chargeable if the cancellation of the order is made 1 working day prior to the event date.
  • 100% of the total bill will be chargeable if the cancellation of the order is made on the event date.
