Family Tingkat
Yes. For lunch and dinner, the same menu will be served. You may consider taking up Healthy Tingkat for one of the meals for different dishes & more variety in a day.
Yes, you may opt for the 4 dishes option.
Steamed rice is not provided. If required, you may add white rice or brown rice on the ordering page or directly with our friendly consultant.
You may choose to go for either White rice or Brown rice for $1.00 ($1.09 w/GST)/pax.
**Please note that our brown rice is served as a blend of brown and white rice.
**Price will be charged according to the package, eg. 10days package for 2 pax = $1/pax x 2 pax x 10 days = $20 (w/GST 21.80).
No, you do not have to provide your own containers. Generally, there are two options available depending on the type of package selected.
1. Tiffin carrier (2 Sets) – Loan to customer
2. Microwavable container (Surcharge may apply)
Yes. Tiffin carriers option are only available for 12 days packages and above (Dinner only).
Yes, please wash and dry the tiffin carriers and hang them outside your house the next day before 3.00pm for dinner collection by our team.
A surcharge of $15 (w/GST $16.35) will apply for the replacement of dirty tiffin carriers with microwavable containers.
A surcharge of $20 – $50 (w/GST $21.80 – $54.50) per set will be charged depending on the extent of the damage.
Lunch delivery is from 9.30 am to 1.30 pm and Dinner delivery is from 3 pm to 7 pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
**Do note that specific delivery times will not be available as it is largely dependent on the driver's route, traffic conditions and other logistical considerations.

Healthy Tingkat
For Healthy Tingkat, you can look forward to dishes with quality ingredients like Steamed Pomfret Fish, Cordyceps Chicken Soup, Kai Lan with Shrimp, and many more. In addition, Healthy Tingkat dishes are prepared using healthier cooking methods and do not have added MSG and preservatives.
No, We only offer 2 Dishes and 1 Soup option for Healthy Meal Tingkat.
We strictly use only vegetable oil in the cooking process.
There is no Tiffin option for Healthy Meal. All Healthy Meal Dishes will be packed in microwavable containers.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate to any requests that is seasonings and garnishing related.
The meal is suitable for anyone who wants to upkeep and maintain general wellness.
Our Healthy Tingkat is generally suitable, but it is not specially formulated for specific medical conditions. We recommend consulting your doctor before ordering if you have particular dietary or health requirements.

Subscription Contract
There is strictly no cash refund for cancellation or early termination for all 10-day Tingkat package.
For all other packages, early termination will be calculated based on the meals already consumed, according to the price chart. Thereafter, this amount will be deducted from the total package value. The remaining value will then be processed to be refunded.
- $13.00 ($14.17 w/GST) per person per meal delivered for 1 pax family tingkat
- $10.00 ($10.90 w/GST) per person per meal delivered for 2 pax & above for family tingkat
- $19.00 ($20.71 w/GST) per person per meal delivered for 1 pax healthy tingkat
- $18.00 ($19.62 w/GST) per person per meal delivered for 2 pax & above for healthy tingkat
- $3.00 ($3.27 w/GST) per trip for collection of tiffin carrier
The refund process will take up to 30 days to be credited back into the account.
**If the calculated deduction for meals already delivered exceeds the total package fee (due to a la carte pricing), this is normal. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
No. Customers who wish to skip meal would have to inform our friendly consultant 1 working day (before 4 pm) in advance.
For 16 days and 20 days contracts, you can skip 2 times.
For 32 days and 40 days contracts, you can skip 4 times.
We will replace the meal on the next contract day after the contract period. For eg. A customer who orders for Monday - Wednesday had his/her last delivery on Wednesday. If she has skipped a meal earlier in the contract, the meal replacement will fall on the following Monday instead of Thursday.
*There will be strictly no replacements for skipped meals for 5 days promo package, 10 days trial, and 12 days packages.
If a delivery falls on a Public Holiday, the contract period will be automatically extended to the next working contract day to make up for the missed delivery.
Customers are required to call 6255 1000 to inform our friendly consultant of the change of address 2 days in advance.
** Do note that we do not deliver to certain areas, hence we might not be able to accommodate to the change of address.
- 10 Days Contract – 5 consecutive days of delivery for 2 weeks
- 12 Days Contract – 3 days delivery per week for 4 weeks
- 16 Days Contract – 4 days delivery per week for 4 weeks
- 20 Days Contract – 5 consecutive days of delivery per week for 4 weeks
- 32 Days Contract – 4 days delivery per week for 8 weeks
- 40 Days Contract – 5 consecutive days of delivery per week for 8 weeks
An SMS with a payment link will be sent to you when your contract is due for renewal. If you wish to renew your contract, simply make payment or kindly ignore the SMS if you do not wish to continue.

Mini Buffet: $45.00 ($49.05 w/ GST)
Regular Buffet: $90.00 ($98.10 w/ GST)

*Waste management handling fee is chargeable at 10% of order value. Applicable for all orders that require collection. Prices are subjected to prevailing GST charges.
Yes, we deliver our buffets every day.
The earliest delivery time for both the regular buffet and mini buffet is 8.30am.
Payment
Orders have to be placed 3 working days in advance.
At least 3 working days in advance. Prior to the commencement of your Tingkat subscription.
We accept payment methods like PayNow, Credit Cards & Debit Cards only. Note that pre-payment 2 working days prior to the event is required. A 3% administrative charge on top of the total bill is applicable for Credit & Debit Cards payments, and prevailing GST is chargeable on the administrative charge.
Delivery
There are two options available for condominium delivery locations. Customers can choose to have their meals delivered to their unit with an additional surcharge of $20 ($21.80 w GST) or to the guard house at no additional cost. However, a prearranged agreement must be made by the customer between their condominium management to ensure smooth delivery.

Home Meal Delivery Service
Available on weekdays.
We do not deliver on weekends, Public Holidays, Public Holidays in-lieu, Christmas Eve, and Lunar New Year Eve.

Yes, we deliver buffets every day.
General Question
You can place your order via our website over here. Alternatively, you can contact our friendly consultants at 6255 1000.
Orders must be placed 3 working days (72 hours) in advance.
Any changes to your Buffet orders will require a minimum of 2 working days’ notice. For Tingkat, any changes will be considered individually on a case-by-case basis.
Cancellation of orders by customers must be in writing at least 2 working days before the event date and the following cancellation charges will apply:
- Cancellation made 1 working day (after 12nn) prior to event date: 50% of the total bill will be charged
- Cancellation made on the day of the event: 100% of the total bill will be charged
- An administrative fee of $100 ($109 w/GST) is applicable for cancellation of orders after payment has been made
- 50% of the total bill will be chargeable if the cancellation of the order is made 1 working day prior to the event date.
- 100% of the total bill will be chargeable if the cancellation of the order is made on the event date.
