Orders must be placed 3 working days (72 hours) in advance.

Any changes to your Buffet orders will require a minimum of 2 working days’ notice. For Tingkat, changes are strictly not permitted once the delivery period has begun.

Cancellation of orders by customers must be in writing at least 2 working days before the event date and the following cancellation charges will apply:

- Cancellation made 1 working day (after 12nn) prior to event date: 50% of the total bill will be charged
- Cancellation made on the day of the event: 100% of the total bill will be charged
- An administrative fee of $100 ($109 w/GST) is applicable for cancellation of orders after payment has been made

• 50% of the total bill will be chargeable if the cancellation of the order is made 1 working day prior to the event date.
• 100% of the total bill will be chargeable if the cancellation of the order is made on the event date.

To continue providing fresh, wholesome, and high-quality Tingkat meals, a $1 Daily Support Fee per day will be implemented for all new and renewed orders starting 1st April 2025. This small adjustment helps us manage the increasing operational costs while maintaining the quality and reliability of our service. This includes:

• Rising Logistics & Delivery Expenses: Supports the rising cost of fuel, transportation, and ensuring delivery efficiency.
• Equipment Maintenance & Kitchen Operations: Ensuring our cooking facilities, storage, and meal preparation processes remain efficient and up to standard.
• Operational & Labour Costs: Supporting our kitchen, staff, and backend operations to keep meals affordable and high in quality.

This fee will be charged per delivery day, based on your selected Tingkat package.
