Terms & Conditions
Kim Paradise Pte Ltd (“we, “us”, “our”) has established these Terms and Conditions for each customer (“you”, “your”). Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before placing an order from www.kimparadise.com.sg (hereinafter to as the “Website”), or through Kim Paradise sales hotline at 6255 1000 (hereinafter to as the “Hotline”). You should understand that by placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the Terms and Conditions below, do not access this Website or any pages thereof.
Regular Buffet
General
- Hotline Hours: 9am to 7.30pm
- Side orders must come along with buffet order
- Food is best consumed within SFA guideline
- Increment of order must be in multiples of 5pax
- Prices shown are exclusive of GST
- We accept payment methods like PayNow, Credit Cards & Debit Cards only. A 3% administrative charge on top of the total bill is applicable for Credit & Debit Cards payments, and prevailing GST is chargeable on the administrative charge
- Price and information are effective immediately and subject to change without prior notification
- We reserve the right to change the dish to another of equivalent value without prior notice due to seasonality
- We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any promotional item(s) from the menu where it deemed fit
- To ensure the safety of our drivers, delivery may be affected and delayed due to bad weather, traffic conditions or other unforeseen circumstances
- Customers are responsible for checking the order and delivery details provided in the order confirmation. Kim Paradise will not be liable for any charges made due to customers’ oversight
- Food visuals shown are for illustrative purposes only
Delivery Charges
Delivery time: 8.30am – 7.30pm (For delivery before 8.30am, extra charges of $100 – $150 apply)
Delivery will be +/- 30mins from stated delivery time
Delivery fee of $90 ($98.10 w/ GST)
An additional surcharge of $10 ($10.90 w/ GST) will be applicable for delivery to offshore areas (Keppel, Sentosa and Jurong Island) and Central Business District (CBD) denoted by the first 2 digits of the postal code: Robinson – 01, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08; Marina Square – 03, 17; Orchard 22,23; Bras Basah 18, 19, Alps Ave – 49
An additional surcharge of $100 – $150 will be applicable for delivery to venues without lift landing
- Festive surcharge of $20 – $30 is applicable for all delivery orders
Buffet set-up at any landed property will be done on ground level
Additional surcharge will be applicable for Buffet set-up on other levels of the landed property (Please note that we will not be held liable for any damages caused during the set-up)
Cancellation Charges
- For cancellation of orders, please contact our sales consultants at least 3 working days before the function date
- $100 ($109 w/ GST) administrative charge will be imposed for cancellation of orders after payment had been made
- 50% of the total bill will be chargeable if cancellation of order is made 1 working day prior to event date
- 100% of the total bill will be chargeable if cancellation of order is made on the event date
Mini Buffet / Mini Party Set
General
- Hotline Hours: 9am to 7.30pm
- Side orders must come along with buffet order
- Mini Buffet / Mini Party Set does not come with table set up and warmer. Food is served in our Mini Buffet disposable trays
- Food is best consumed within 1 hour upon arrival
- Increment of order must be in multiples of 5pax
- Prices shown are exclusive of GST
- We accept payment methods like PayNow, Credit Cards & Debit Cards only. A 3% administrative charge on top of the total bill is applicable for Credit & Debit Cards payments, and prevailing GST is chargeable on the administrative charge

Delivery Charges

Family and Healthy Tingkat
General
- All Tingkat Delivery service is only available on weekdays, excluding weekends and PH, PH-in-lieu and New Year Eve, and Lunar New Year Eve
- All Orders must be placed at least 3 working days in advance. The selected start date is subjected to delivery slot availability
- We accept payment methods like PayNow, Credit Cards & Debit Cards only. A 3% administrative charge on top of the total bill is applicable for Credit & Debit Cards payments, and prevailing GST is chargeable on the administrative charge
- Lunch Delivery timing is from 9.30am – 1.30pm | Dinner Delivery timing is from 3pm to 7pm. Please note that specific delivery time is not available as our delivery schedules depend on the driver’s route, traffic conditions, and other logistical factors. If your delivery is beyond the stipulated delivery time, please contact us at 6255 1000
- A Daily Support Fee of $1.50 per delivery day applies to all Tingkat Packages.
- There are two options available for condominium delivery locations. Customers can choose to have their meals delivered to their unit with an additional surcharge of $20 ($21.80 w GST) or to the guard house at no additional cost. However, a prearranged agreement must be made by the customer between their condominium management to ensure smooth delivery
- We only deliver to selected areas. To find out if we deliver to your location, you may check with our consultant at 6255 1000
- The company reserves the right to refuse or terminate any service we may deem fit
- Change of address must be permanent and notify us 2 working days in advance
Cancellation Charges
- There is strictly no cash refund for cancellation or early termination for all 10-day Tingkat package
- For all other packages, early termination will be calculated based on the meals already consumed, according to the price chart. Thereafter, this amount will be deducted from the total package value. The remaining value will then be processed to be refunded
- Early termination of service will be chargeable at:
– $13.00 ($14.17 w/GST) per person per meal delivered for family tingkat
– $10.00 ($10.90 w/GST) per person per meal delivered for 2 pax & above for family tingkat
– $19.00 ($20.71 w/GST) per person per meal delivered for healthy tingkat
– $18.00 ($19.62 w/GST) per person per meal delivered for 2 pax & above for healthy tingkat
– $3.00 ($3.27 w/GST) per trip for collection of tiffin carrier Rice, condo fees, daily support fee, and disposable container fee will not be refunded
The refund process will take up to 30 days to be credited back into the account
If the calculated deduction for meals already delivered exceeds the total package fee (due to a la carte pricing), this is normal. In such cases, no refund will be issued
Skip Meal
- Customer who wish to skip meal will have to inform our consultant 1 working day (before 4pm) in advance
– For 16 & 20 days package, you can request “Meal Skip” 2 times.
– For 32 days and 40 days contracts, you can skip 4 times. - We will replace the meal on the next contract day after the contract period. Otherwise, no replacement will be made
- Each “Meal Skip” is limited to a maximum of 10 consecutive days. Anything beyond 10 consecutive days will be counted as the second “Meal Skip”
- There will be no replacements for skipped meals for 10 and 12 days packages
Tiffin Carrier (Tingkat Carrier) and Disposable Container
- Tiffin carriers option are only available for 12 days packages and above (2 pax and above, Dinner only)
- For hygiene purposes, Tiffin carrier must be washed before returning to us
• Unwashed Tiffin is chargeable at $3.00 (w/GST $3.27) per Tiffin carrier
• A microwaveable box will be used if Tingkat is not returned
• Please do not remove the stickers on the Tingkat container cover - Please do not heat the Tiffin carrier over stove or in the microwave
- If you misplace or damage the Tiffin carrier, a Penalty of $50 (w/GST $54.50) will be imposed
- Customers may request to opt for disposable container over Tiffin Carrier. However, a surcharge of $1 per delivery day will apply except for the following plans:
– All Lunch Package (Both Family and Healthy Package)
– 10 Days Family Tingkat Package
– All Healthy Tingkat Packages
