General Question

Orders must be placed 3 working days (72 hours) in advance.
Please highlight also this is meant for buffet only, tingkat no changes can be made after started.
Cancellation of orders by customers must be in writing at least 2 working days before the event date and the following cancellation charges will apply:
- Cancellation made 1 working day (after 12nn) prior to event date: 50% of the total bill will be charged
- Cancellation made on the day of the event: 100% of the total bill will be charged
- An administrative fee of $100 ($109 w/GST) is applicable for cancellation of orders after payment has been made
- 50% of the total bill will be chargeable if the cancellation of the order is made 1 working day prior to the event date.
- 100% of the total bill will be chargeable if the cancellation of the order is made on the event date.
